Cheap Kitchen Faucets Are the Most Expensive Fixtures You Can Spec
Specifying the lowest-bid kitchen faucet is not a cost-saving strategy. It's a deferred-cost strategy. And if you manage commercial buildings, that deferral comes due with interest.
